LexPoint — Legal and Business Management System
The Problem
Most law firms and legal service providers in Mogadishu still run their business through Excel — client lists in one file, case notes in another, contracts and payments tracked by hand. It works until it doesn't: records get lost, nothing is searchable, and generating a report means hours of manual digging.
The Solution
I built LexPoint, a centralized management system that replaces all of that with one secure dashboard covering clients, legal cases, consultancy services, contracts, HR, equipment, and finance.
Every case, contract, and consultancy file is uploaded and organized in one place — searchable by case ID or contract ID, instead of buried in folders or email attachments.
Instead of building reports by hand in Excel, staff select what they need — financial income, employee payments, client directory, legal case summaries, equipment inventory, tax/expense, salary — and generate it in one click.
Why It Matters
What used to take an afternoon of digging through spreadsheets becomes a search and a click. One dashboard shows total clients, active cases, and monthly income in real time — no more juggling five files to know where the business stands.
